R T Little started out as a bricklaying contractor in 1997. The company worked for all the

major contractors including Barratts, Bellway, Gleeson and Persimmon. This increased to

also working for local developers along the South Coast such as Orchard Homes, Drew

Smith and Rainbow Homes. In 2001 R T Little Brickwork Ltd started developing, gaining

NHBC status in 2002. Since then the company has built a range of developments including

some prestigious unique properties.
